Applications are invited for appointment as a NIHR TCC Academic Clinical Fellow (ACF) on the above Specialty Training Programme in partnership with University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust and Plymouth University Peninsula Schools of Medicine and Dentistry

The application window opens on 7th of October 2019, 9am and closes on 4th of November 2019, 9am UK time. You will not be able to submit your application after this time. Please ensure that you have completed all the relevant sections of the application form as missing information will deem your application incomplete and it will not be considered.

Eligibility Criteria

ACF posts are open to individuals entering medical specialty training and those who are currently in medical specialty training registrar posts and hold a NTN.

Applicants deemed appointable at the ACF Interviews that do not hold an NTN/Deanery Reference Number (DRN) at the right level and in the associated clinical specialty will need to be assessed / interviewed through the relevant national process of the specialty at the appropriate clinical level in order to be appointed for the post.

Applicants who require clinical benchmarking will be required to complete and submit both an academic application form and the associated clinical application form for the specialty in which they will require clinical benchmarking.

ACF interviews will take place on 02nd, 03rd and 18th December 2019. The venue will be confirmed at a later date.

 

Immigration Requirements

Health Education England (HEE) is responsible for the sponsorship of Medical and Dental trainees for their Tier 2 visa application in England. Health Education West Midlands administers the process on behalf of HEE.
