  •  We are excited to announce that we are rerunning the mentoring programme for consultants, SAS and senior clinical leaders this Autumn (formally known as Peer Mentoring). The application process is now open.

  • The programme is aimed at consultants, SAS and senior clinical leaders who have an interest in developing themselves/others and those who have returned to training following a break.  

  • Successful applicants will attend a three-day workshop facilitated by accredited trainers and following the completion of the training, candidates will be provided with Recognition from Health Education England. 

  • The programme is a highly valuable development activity implemented in many organisations. At the core of the activity is the relationship between the mentor and the mentee, where the development of the mentee is the key focus.
