Approaches to develop healthy team dynamics:
Most teams have faced changes and challenges, especially through the pandemic. Now is the perfect time to look forward and focus on how we work together as teams made up of many individuals. This day will include strategies for creating a team environment, managing team dynamics, facilitating effective communication and considering the qualities of a lead or a team member. It will be an interactive day and will help us to reflect on how we show up as individuals and consider what makes a functional team where psychological safety and compassion are the norm.
