Overall aim of the day

 

To develop the knowledge and skills needed to be an effective Educational and Clinical Supervisor of Medical Trainees covering modules 1 & 2 of HEE-SW Postgraduate Medical Education accreditation requirements

 

 

 

By the end of today you will have completed:

 

1.            Roles and Responsibilities of Educational Supervisors – training and trainee supervision

 

2.            Successful learning environments – overview of educational theory and practice
