About the course

By the end of the session we expect participants to have significantly increased their confidence and ability to provide feedback and support difficult conversations.  

 

By the end of this workshop, you should:

• Demonstrate the ability to give constructive educational feedback 
• Support individuals to reflect safely on their practice and critical incidents 
• Appreciate the factors that can impact on an individual’s performance 
• Have increased in confidence supporting a doctor where their performance is of potential concern 
• Demonstrate increased self-awareness and understanding, from learning and feedback received, which will enable you to communicate with greater clarity and assertiveness.
