To attend this course, you must have attended the Introduction to Coaching & Mentoring Skills course first
The aim of this course is to:
- Strengthen your coaching skills to help others help themselves
- To deepen the skills of coaching to support meaningful conversations.
- To explore tools and techniques to help others build in their development and self belief.
