Using OneDrive plus SecureSend (Business Support closed group)

Business Support staff - aside from your own requirements, staff need to start using OneDrive instead of their personal network drive. In addition to this, HEE staff users who were using Kiteworks to send files securely to staff/trainees/Trusts etc need to use OneDrive. Kiteworks will not be available from 30 June 2018.
It is important you understand how permissions work when using OneDrive to ensure files shared are secure.
This session will include:
- Understanding the OneDrive screen
- O365 settings - eg Theme, Change Password
- Setting up and Managing Folders and Files
- Moving/Copying Folders/Files from your Personal Drive
- Secure Send - Inviting users and applying appropriate permissions
- Editing and Removing Permissions
- Good Practice
Note: This training will be via Skype for Business.

Skype for Business: Please ensure you are able to log in to O365 and Skype for Business and have a Skype headset to use (borrow if you don't yet have one). You do not need a webcam to attend this training. I will be sharing my screen and explaining what you need to do.
