Aims

This is an essential toolkit for taking care of  yourself, managing stress, and promoting great mental health.

Objectives

This Well-being & Resilience Training enables you to:

Know key ingredients for taking care of yourself.
Increase your self-awareness.
Recognise some of the main mechanisms which create stress and know their antidotes.
Know how to calm your nervous system.
Connect with yourself and others at a real and human level.
Take some valuable time to reflect and to prioritise your well-being.
Be armed with practical tools and ideas that really make a difference to your well-being and resilience.
Feel nourished, calm, and uplifted.

A 2-part training

The training takes place over 2 half day sessions, separated by a week. This allows the integration and application of session 1 content, before we next meet.

 Overview

This is a restorative, informative, interactive training, designed to provide practical and impactful tools to boost your well-being. Looking after well-being has become vital in the current extraordinary climate. 

The first session is focused on proactively feeding into your well-being, through creating a resourceful state, giving yourself lots of nourishing self-care, and cultivating a positive outlook. The second session will support you in managing stress when it arises. 

Topics addressed include:

Creating inner ease
Attending to self-care basics
Creating positive habits of mind
Knowing your stress and wellness signatures
Having effective coping mechanisms and being able to access them when you need them
Cultivating a resilient mindset
